Fund Raising Events
Mitr Foundation organizes fund-raising events which helps us support and execute the projects envisioned. The main source of funds have been generated through these events that help Mitr ‘s effort in bringing about a change in the lives of the under privileged children.
Fund Raisers Organized
2005 – “Naughty@ Forty” a play performed by the very talented actor Paresh Rawal.
2006 – Apki Sonia a play by Farooque Shaikh and Sonali Bendre
2007 – “Golmal Pyar Ka”, a comedy starring Rajpal Yadav and Manoj Joshi along with other popular T.V. stars
2009 – “Double Deal” a play starring Mahesh Manjrekar and Achint Kaur .
2012 – Paresh Rawal’s play “Kishan vs Kanhaiya“.
2013 – Performance by Anouskha Shankar the daughter of renowned Pandit Ravi Shankar, with her “Traces of You –Live in Concert accompanied by internationally acclaimed musicians .
2016 – “Dear Father” a play of Paresh Rawal in a double role.
