"One of the problems in India is, due to the under-insured population and the low income levels, it is tough for people to get world class treatment. Our Company's vision is to give world class treatment (think globally) at local prices (act locally)...this is a challenge. We also would like to deliver this class of treatment to the underprivileged through Government Hospitals; it would be one way of giving back to society. We believe education is the key, and the traction we can give underpriviledged children to break out of the cycle of proverty - the reason we have decided to associate with Vidyarthi Subodhaya Educational Society. Dr. Shyamala is meeting the educational needs of primarily underprivileged children from SC /ST, the Muslim community and minority groups and we are happy to support her in this endeavour".
"Vidyarthi Subhodaya Educational Society was started in 1988 with the main aim of educating children from socially backward communities and bring them on par with privileged children. All the students are of S.C., B.C., or poor Muslims, and thanks to the personal intervention and recommendation of 'Ex-President Dr. Abdul Kalam it could get recognition at a stretch from class 1 to X. All these years the school was struggling with financial problems. On April 23rd 2009, by the grace of God, members of Mitr Foundation visited the school having heard of our work. They made a presentation on our school to Healthware Private Limited, who then stepped forward to lend necessary financial support. I thank Mitr Foundation and Healthware Private Limited for the timely help which they are provid-ing to our Society in serving the needs of the poor. May God shower His grace on them and give them continued means to help the underprivileged ".
